- Normally ships in 10 to 12 business days, and in some cases sooner than this. Every single item here at Customized & Personalized is ONLY made as it is ordered. We do not mass produce my items, each product is made specially for you. We try and get orders completed and shipped out as soon as possible. The shipping time frame depends on if I have your tumbler in stock, and how many orders are ahead of yours.
SHIPPING , EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
-All orders are then shipped via according to weight via USPS mail (3-5 days).
-We do not ship on Holidays, so please take that into consideration when placing your order if you need it by a certain date.
-If you need your order rushed, please send a message prior to ordering to ensure we can accommodate your need by request date.
-Please triple check your address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders going to the wrong address.
